The Vardaman Lady Rams won both of their games while the Rams dropped three over the past week.
Shylysses Rimmer
The Lady Rams defeated Houlka at home 57-49. Shylysses Rimmer scored 19 to lead Vardaman. Brittany Hawkins added 11 and Alaysia Madkins 10. Chiane Edington led Houlka with 20 points.
The Lady Rams won at Falkner 61-50. Rimmer again led with 22 points. Niesha Willis added 16. Brianna Williams led Falkner with 20.
The Rams lost to Houlka 68-45. Tavis Townsend scored 15 and Quon Cummings 11 for Vardaman. Tyreque Reed led Houlka with 19.
Falkner defeated the Rams 57-38. Cummings led the Rams with 11 points. Richard Green scored 18 for Falkner.
The Rams were beaten by Eupora 57-52 last Saturday in the Loggins’ Classic at Calhoun City. Michael McKinney scored 16 and Brandon Walker 11 for Vardaman. Tre Pittman led Eupora with 16.
Vardaman’s next scheduled home game is Jan. 7 against Hamilton.
