Eleven Bruce and Calhoun City basketball players were named to the All Region teams from 2-2A.

Top awards went to Bruce forward Taylor Shoemake who earned Region 2-2A MVP.
Bruce boys’ coach Davin Young was named coach of the year. Bruce Lady Trojan point guard Tiesa Steen earned best offensive player.
Calhoun City Lady Wildcat V. Farmer earned best defensive player.
Others earning All Region honors included Akeyshelah Tillman, Akeshia Norris, Terrence Jones, Donta Armstrong and Shaq Bush from Bruce; Alison Childs, Chakel Gates and Austin Burl from Calhoun City.
