The Bruce Trojan golf team won the Region 2-2A championship this week defeating Eupora and East Webster.
The Trojans, who hosted the tournament at Creekside in Bruce, shot a 349 to earn first. It was their fourth region title in the last six years. East Webster shot 359 and Eupora 464.
Bruce's Cameron Clarke earned medalist shooting a 66. Art Thompson of East Webster was second overall with a 76.
Other Bruce golfers were Rudy Ferguson 90, Nathan Hill 92, Barrett Box 101 and Austin Winter 113.
The Trojans will advance to the state tournament May 4-5 at The Dogwoods at Grenada.
